Kirkridge Program Cancellation Policy

Should we need to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.  If you decide to cancel for any reason, your registration deposit (50% of cost of retreat) will be refunded minus a $50.00 processing fee if you notify Kirkridge by phone or mail at least 14 days in advance of the event.  Registration deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the program.

Events that do not reach a minimum registration may be cancelled. Please check with Kirkridge before making any non-refundable airline reservations.
