A sacred place and space to heal.  Come join other sisters as we move from being survivors to thrivers!  We will look at the dysfunctional family and how it helped create an atmosphere of pain and denial for us.  We will learn about the wound structure and how the abuse affected so many parts of our lives.  We will look at the issue of addiction and how that played into the denial of the abuse. 
 
Through small groups and workshops we will share together, laugh together, cry together and most importantly heal together!  There will be time for private reflections, art expression, healing through movement and yoga, and walks in the great outdoors.  Come join us for another step in your healing journey.
 
This workshop is not intended to replace individual therapy.  It is offered as another valuable tool to help survivors in the path towards healing.
